For the second time in recent history I have lost 10 gold bars. Why?

I have lost 10 gold bars again. I know I didn’t use them. A while back 10 gold bars disappeared I thought well maybe my grandson hit the button & I missed it but I know nobody did tonight so why are my gold bars disappearing every time I get more than 10?

No I got them thru the king of the Hill. Both times, but they still shouldnt disappear.

Hi Tanji,

We're not aware of any issue that makes gold bars disappear from players accounts. Which is why we digged deeper in your case and realised that you did use 10 gold bars at the end of level 1640. It happens to all of us, but we have to be mindful and read carefully while playing to make sure we don't make the mistake over and over again.

As a gesture of good will, I've credited these 10 back to you but I suggest you pay attention in the future to prevent this from happening.
