Candy Crush Freezing

l am on level 3760 and every time I try to buy a booster or gold bars, the game hangs/freezes on me.  The only way to get out of it is to close it down losing everything I have paid for on that game.  I have just spent 2x £15.99 and lost the lot through having to close the game down.  The freezing started three days ago when I did an upgrade.  Please tell me what I should do?
