Lost all my Progress!

I know this gets asked all the time, but my phone died and I tried to start Candy Crush Soda on my iPad.  When I login with either of my 2 emails (both which are accounts with King) as well as login with Facebook, it recognizes me as an account but it doesn't update my new game to level 1053 which is where I was.  It says I am at Level 1.

I don't know how to fix this!

Try uninstalling, the re-installing. This happened to me too so I uninstalled and logged in through facebook. Sorted! Good luck

JustDolphy, just want to mention that, in case you reinstalling makes you lose any boosters stored locally, you can always come to us and we will compensate. Same goes to you Samantha in case you ever need any help.
