Why does my game not start where I left off?

I am on leve 1814 but its starts 1783 and I have to scroll. It is killing me.

Hi Kay, please check to see if there are any stars on level 1783. Sometimes the avatar gets stuck on a level so you have to replay it and then refresh the game. Then your progress should advance.
