Envelope icon missing

My envelope icon is missing from the right-hand side of my game. So I am not receiving any lives, it’s been like this for 3 days. Can someone please help me

So then you should be seeing lives from friends!  I notified Xarly so you should be hearing something from him.

Hi Mo, you are the second player reporting this here.  It might be a new glitch.  I will keep my eyes open to see if anyone else reports this and will also notify a King Admin that this might be something starting.

Mo I just thought of something else!  Are you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom?  That would be the only way that you could send/receive lives with friends.

I'm having the same exact problem! NO lives from friends. Only requests for friends. Why fix what's not broken?
