Connection issue

Hi. I am forced to play offline. I cannot connect my Candy Crush Soda progress on iPhone to either Facebook or kingdom. If I try Facebook it says connection failed. Kingdom icon on the settings page does not work pressing it just closes the menu. If I reinstall I suspect all progress (level 2160) and gold bars (499) will be lost. Help appreciated
