Sync probleam

Hii i want to transfer my (candy crush soda saga) progress from king to facebook but whenever i click on account setting it's shows already sync and progress pls anyone help me

Hi Preeti, if it is showing already synced then I'm going to ask you to follow the steps from this link:

If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into your account and manually add back your progress.
