Another two refills not received but gold bars taken.  Still no reply.  This is now 10 times this has happened.  Think I will stop playing

Did you follow up with the blog and then with the contact link?  They are the only people who can go into your account to check everything.  If you wrote them then you should have received an email with a ticket number on it.  Please try it again.
