For the past few weeks I've been getting booted in the middle of games.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  I lose 40% of my lives this way, which makes it impossible to play for the crown.  Plus I keep losing my boosters (and I lost all my daily progress with reinstalling).  It's not a nice relaxing way to play the game.  It's frustrating!  P.S.  Am I asking the community or people who can actually fix this issue?

This really doesn't answer my question at all.  Although it does answer the question about whether King actually helps with these issues, or if it's left up to users.  Where do I go to get actual customer support?  Does anyone know?

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
