Level error
Folks, how many of you have the following problem? Please, like the post, let's count it, so that support would FINALLY address it and fix it.
Every time you are logged, you get back to some level you played weeks of not months ago. For example, I currently play 1815 level, and I open that app at 1149, and have to manually rewind the game all the time. It's same issue for Moto Z Android 8, and for Dell tablet Window 10.

Wow Olga, you're the first person here that didn't have good results with it. Let's try this.
Please follow the steps on this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back. If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
Make sure to tell them that you already did the avatar thing and it didn't work for you. Maybe they really have to manually make a change in your account.
