I lost my boosters in candy crush soda saga

Yesterday (Nov, 7th), I connected to Facebook before playing game but after playing level 680, I lost all my boosters ( switch things and cadies something like that). After that I tried to connect again but it still didn’t work. Moreover, I have connected for 68 days to earn reward but now it suddenly restarts and I have to be back to Day 1. What should I do? Please help me!!!

p/s: I don’t change my phone.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. Regarding the daily reward that can reset back to day 1 at any time.
