When I reached level 1135 there was a "gift box"

after successfully completing the level I did not receive the prize.  I continued to play and now am at level 1300.  I never get gift box chances anymore.  I occasionally get taken back to that level.  I have attempted to replay that level and have again succeeded but still no awards.  Help.

Hi joey, the gift boxes are not working properly.  Sometimes they open but most of the time they disappear.  The studio is aware of this but it's not a priority fix at the moment.
