Two issues

One, I am at level 721 but every time I go on it takes me to 390 and I have to scroll through everything to get to my level .

two, it won’t let me play it keeps saying I have to complete previous levels to receive box gifts. I have already completed them but I haven’t gotten any boxes in a couple hundred levels

Hi Kbain18014, your avatar must be stuck on the lower level. You have to replay it, clear it and then refresh the game. Once you open the game again it should be back to your current level.
