I am a user who plays games.
Last night, the bubble gum didn't play, so I logged in by email and reinstalled the game.
Level and gold were synchronized, but all the items were reset.

As stated in the game, the boosters are stored locally whereas the gold bars, level and lives are connected to your account. I'm afraid there is not much we can do around it. If you wish to speak about it with our Player Support Team you can do so here.

Regarding Bubblegum Hill, this is sadly a known issue and you can have a look at it in this thread where we post updates about it and gather all player feedback.
