Please help me get to the next level

I’m stuck on level 1933 without being able to get to the next level, also not getting any shuffling.  Can you please help me get to the next level?  Thanks!

Hi @RedShark16, did you clear that level?  Are there any stars showing on that level?  Sometimes the avatar gets stuck on a level so you have to replay it, clear it and then refresh the game.  When the game opens again it should advance you. 

I'm not sure what you mean about not getting any shuffling.  Could you give me further details on this?
