My boosters disappeared

   The app has frozen twice on my phone and after the first time it froze I saved my account via this email because I lost all my levels when I reinstalled. After the second time it froze I logged in, but when I went to play most of my boosters were gone, and I paid for a handful of those boosters and have been saving them up. Where did they go and can I get them back, especially since I paid for some of them??

Hi @neph,

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
