Level 1727 help

I’ve been stuck on level 1727 which only gives you 19 moves. When I do a google search for tips and tricks it appears that other people have 27 moves available, which seems more reasonable for trying to get through this level. I did an update and have closed the app and reopened it. So did you change it to 19 moves to challenge everyone or is my game not updating to offer 27 moves? Thanks

I just responded to this exact question in the Candy Crush Saga community.  Which game are you talking about - Saga or Soda?

If you see videos online showing more moves, this is the reason.  The videos are outdated because the video creators make them when the levels are first released.  The studio monitors all levels when they are released and they check to see how many players clear a specific level and how long it takes for them to clear it.  If it's too easy or too difficult they will "tweak" the levels a bit.  The video creators can't keep up with the studio changes so you are still only seeing the first video release.
