    Level 431 unable to complete as fills up, 63/87 won't end, unable to make moves. Frustrated

    Hi @bjadams, you can get your game back but you need to play through Facebook or the Kingdom so that your progress is saved on their server.  Please set up an account and my suggestion would be to do the Kingdom.  Here is a link on how to create a Kngdom account:

    Is your game not doing this?  I need more details because I don't understand what you are trying to tell us.

    What I am trying to say is that when it is all full at 63/87 the game freezes. I cannot make anymore moves and it does not show that I have completed the game. I have to exit and try again then it does the same thing. I am unable to move on. It is frustrating

    Hi @matterds, now I understand what you are trying to say.  I am going to tag @Xarly who is the Community Manager for this game.  He will get this message when he comes in on Monday and he will be able to offer further suggestions.

    We're not sure we understood the issue, when you say "63/87" what are you referring to as level 431 requires you to find 7 bottles and according to our system, your game is on level 1308.
