Consecutive log ins gone?

After the last update, the game was frozen on the home screen and wouldn't allow me to proceed.  I was told to uninstall and reinstall the game. My Levels carried over, but my daily counter reset at 1...I was over 444 consecutive days. I did not miss a day then or since. How do I get these back?

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to put you back on that amazing milestone. I understand this is frustrating, which is why we have sent some gold bars to your account. Hopefully this alleviates the situation a bit. I hope you make it back to those 444 days, if not even higher! That is definitely one of the highest daily counters I've seen personally, so props to you for being such an amazing and loyal player!
