Can you restore a game if a purchase was made on it in the past in google play, but you don't know the login

Firstly, you must have linked the game to google play before to buy, did you also by any chance link it to the Kingdom or Facebook? They are the best options to link games too as if you have any problems, or have to reinstall it, you can easily get progress back by logging in. 
I know some games have the option to connect to google play during gameplay but unfortunately with Candy crush you cannot do that. 
The best thing to do is have a look at this link and contact support. Make sure that you contact them exactly as described to make sure it goes to the correct department and the team will hopefully be able to help you out. They are pretty good like that
