Would you mind me asking for more details?   I am guessing you are playing on your mobile device because, currently the Ads are available only on Mobile device. 
(1)  And are you playing "Candy Crush Soda Saga" or any other game? 
(2)  What did you mean by "always get advertising"? 
(3)  Are the Ads too long OR constantly appearing to get free boosters?

No problem at all.  I will try to do my best to understand and If I don't, I will ask you again, that's all.  But, you will have to be patient to keep answering me 

Few more questions and also want to make sure about what I understood 

(1)  So, along with Candy Crush Soda Saga, you play other games too, right!  What are the other games you play?

(2)  In the "Candy Soda Saga" --  usually there are Ads (a) before a level starts, (b) at the end of the level if the level is not finished to give you few more moves.  So, you are NOT getting those Ads anymore?  Is that what you are saying?

(3)  Is this what's happening in your other games too?  Is that the reason you are saying you cannot play the games?
