No Candies

Hi,
I have had a problem with only some candies showing for about 8-12 months.  I was playing in chrome and suddenly the candies disappeared.  I could still play in IE, but then last week that wouldn't load at all (now not supported).  I have downloaded firefox, but still no candies.  I have been through all the steps from previous conversations, but made no difference.

Try removing the game and installing it back again. First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps:

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your browser.

If none of that helps, you can also try turning off hardware acceleration.

On your browser, click on the menu on top right hand corner (the 3 horizontal lines)

-> Options

-> Performance

-> Uncheck '' Use recommended performance setting ''

-> Uncheck '' Use hardware acceleration when available.
