Is level 2886 Candy Crush Soda even possible in 38 moves?

The level is not even rated as hard or superhard yet looking at every "internet guide, help and hints" doing this is a joke.  The "sample game" shown had to buy five extra moves, and then another five (total of 26 bars) to win.  So if the game is so hard that it is impossible to win without BUYING, I believe this is a scam.  Seems to me Candy Crush Soda turns into a money scam for the owners once they hook people on the lower levels.  In the unregulated gaming world, I suspect scams are the norm
