@genempress There is a way but you will have to fill in the support form here https://soporto.king.com/contact Please fill in your name, your email address, choose the right game (Candy Crush Soda Saga), the platform you are playing on, topic (Problems with my game), subtopic (Game didn't save) like on the picture below.
