My account got hacked and Facebook got it handled but I was up to if I 1746 and lost everything.loking for more friend's to play with

I am sorry to hear that your Facebook account was hacked and because of that you have lost your friends in your game!!  

Is your level progress intact in the game OR are you seeing that you are not at level # 1746 anymore??  If you have lost your level progress, please follow below link to regain your level progress

With regards to friends -- simply search for "Candy Crush Soda Group" and you should find few.  Join that group and request to send a Friend Request.... since they all play Candy Soda, you will receive many new friends in no time
