Sign in help needed

I am not able to sign in on my ipad or my chromebook. Yesterday everything was fine- today I get "an unknown error has occurred" when I try to sign in to the Kingdom, and I get " Sorry, you don't have access to the Kingdom right now, please try again later" When I try to sign in through facebook. The game is working perfectly on my android phone, just not IOS or chromebook Asus. I have tried clearing cache, and restarting the device. I don't want to uninstall and lose my progress!

Hi @Wetcoaster a few players have been getting those error messages and the only resolution is to uninstall and reinstall the game.  However, when you do that all lives and boosters will be lost.  Your progress will be saved because it's saved to their server.  The decision to reinstall is yours but if you do that and your progress does not come back then please tag me and I will give you further direction on how to get it back.
