Why does the screen goes black after skipping an ad for bonus?

After starting a bonus video, when I hit the “skip ad” button, it freezes with a black screen. Some ads are too long to watch all of it.

Hello, @theref47438! This is currently a widespread issue in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The only information I have is that King is aware of the issue and is working on it. I hope I've answered your question!0
