How to retrieve daily bonus level after reinstall

for a few days the video ads to get booster lives has been crashing after I hit skip ad or I watch the entire ad. So I read a few suggestions to reinstall app if no update was needed. I reinstalled because app was up to date. I was in day 38 I believe and when I logged back in via Facebook, it moved me back the day 12! Not happy at all. Please get my days back that’s not fair. Problem is I needed boot a few more lives to beat the level and because it kept crashing after booster lives ad, it made me start level over. So frustrating

Hi @mzwalker, welcome to our community.  Every so often the daily bonus t can reset on its own.  Unfortunately, King cannot get your daily bonus back to where you were.  As long as you continue to get a daily reward that should work.
