Candy Crush Soda not loading as of today on King.com

Things go from bad to worse! As of this morning, Candy Crush Soda will not load at all.....WHAT HAPPENED????

I forgot to get back to you all...my problem was resolved the next day...Now I need to go over and address a problem on original Candy Crush...sigh!

Hi again Jeeves! The Stand-Alone CCSS App is the best way to go whether it is Windows 10 or iPhone iOS version. I don't play using a browser unless I am playing on Facebook Page.

Try it, you might like it because loading only takes seconds.

@Xarly - unfortunately it looks like there may still be some problems. I'm not having any problems but I play thru FB. Unfortunately it appears @Jeeves is still having trouble with the game.

Hi Everyone!

If you are having a problem loading Candy Crush Soda Saga on a browser, you might want to try a Stand-Alone App that you could Download & Install for Free from the Microsoft Store. Using my Windows 10 Desktop, I made 2 GIFs Demos for you.

Once installed, it is easy to launch and play. It only takes a few seconds to get there.

THANK YOU FOR THE UPDATE; I, like many others use Windows 7 with no plans to upgrade to 10. I AM NOT ON FACEBOOK; therefore that is not an option. As I mentioned in an earlier text, it seems King is going the way of having Facebook as a requirement in order to play their games; I posed this question before but have not yet had a reply on that question.....

On another similar topic, is there any chance King will allow access to Candy Crush Friends for those of us using Windows 7 and not on Facebook? No interest on playing these games on a cell phone either!

I do hope they get CAndy Crush Soda working again for those of us who enjoy it!

This is indeed one of our top issues now and we are working hard to make sure this is fixed as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, you can still play on your PC on the Windows 10 app or Facebook. We know this is not ideal and we are working on fixing it, but these two options should still get you back in the game for the time being.

As soon as I have more information, I will forward it onto you all.

Hi @Joe_da_Bowler, there seems to be a problem with king.com so I am happy that you can get it through Facebook. Regarding your wife not getting it at either, is she playing on a computer? Does it have Windows 10? Some people are not aware that they can play the game through Windows 10 and log in with Facebook or the Kingdom. I assume that you are both playing in the same place - computer?

I know of several people who can't get game to load on king.com including me! It loads thru facebook though for me anyway, but m wife can't play at either place on her puter!

When I saw this Topic, I launched my Candy Crush Soda Saga. It opened in just seconds so I don't understand why you are experiencing this loading issue. Here is the ScreenShot. My system Tray indicates the date and time at the bottom right hand corner of the photo.

Hi @Jeeves and @gogirl - I am tagging the community manager @Xarly to ask that this thread is moved to Candy Crush Soda. However, I just opened Candy Crush Soda on my iPad and had no problem. What platform(s) are you playing on? The community managers and moderators are located in Europe and have a bank holiday so we won't see a response from them until tomorrow.

@Ches1 - that is not a good sign. I have had a similar problem and ended up having to reload my game. First of all, what platform are you playing on PC or IOS/android? Second - do you play thru King or FB?

I'm playing on PC Win 10. Usually just played without any trouble , this is a first. I don't do FB.

On a desktop PC - Windows 10 Pro all 3 browsers listed same issue I get 404 Cannot Reach Page message. I asked for help twice from KING GAMES and they keep send me the same AUTO REPLY on how to fix on FACEBOOK .... I am not a FACEBOOK user WTF ? I even explained what systems I am using.

I have played for months without any problems. Within the last couple of days Soda Crush just froze. When I choose the game it goes to the Dragon loading screen and just stays there. I am playing on my home pc on the King.com website. Just in case Flash was the issue I re-updated and reopened my browser and there was no change. I see that people are having similiar issues across many devices and formats. Is there a solution?

Hi @jemmajuneperena welcome to our community. If you lose your progress I can give you steps to get your progress back so you don't have to worry about that. But please be aware that if you uninstall and reinstall the game on your mobile device you will lose all lives and boosters because they are only saved to that device. You can always try troubleshooting first so here is a link for IOS devices:

@Hodgiemama welcome to our Soda community. There seems to be a problem lately when playing on king.com. I have seen messages coming through about the lives but now if you are saying that the game is not loading then there might be more than one problem going on with that site. I am going to tag @Xarly who is the Community Manager and maybe he can find out from the studio if there are loading problems being reported on king.com.

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
