Please help I lost my daily prize Due to WiFi!!

I’m sorry Xarly I have no idea how to tag you.  I have been playing for over 160 plus days in a row.  Yesterday we lost power from a storm and had no WiFi for the entire night. I still played but didn’t have access to gold coins or boosters.    Today the game has set me back to day one!  The problem for me is, I lose the extra half hour of free game time plus the two hours of booster, which makes it impossible for me to play because I don’t make dollar purchases for the game!  Is there any way to reset my daily back to where it was???   Please help!  I do not know the exact number of days I’ve played in a row :( but it was well over 160.

    Hi @princesslittlepiddle !

    If you use "@" and anyone's username, you will be able to tag anybody, like myself in this case.

    I'm sorry this happened to you! Hope the storm left no casualties besides the ones in your game.

    I'm afraid we cannot reset daily login calendars, so you can only wait. Bear in mind though, that on day 7 you will already be receiving better boosters and that the level stays as good from then on.

    I have sent some compensation to your account as a gesture of good will, but resets of the daily login are not something we compensate usually.
