No problems at all @Chip61 - it's normal that it takes time to understand and navigate through on the Community.

It sounds like you had a connection issue with the game right at the same time. I've gone ahead now and compensated you for the issue (along with a tiny extra to thank you for the patience and to welcome you here in the Community).

Sorry, new to the community and didn't see a way to start a new thread at the time.

You are correct, I used the latest 10 gold bars to complete level 928, which is why I bought them. The game gave me an error as it processed giving me the 5 extra moves and requested I try playing again in a few moments. The only options I had were to either refresh the page or leave the game and go back. Either way, my 10 gold bars were gone from my account and was not able to use the new moves to complete the level.

Thank you. I'll wait for this to be resolved before playing again since I don't want to repeat a level that I was 2 moves away from completing with 5 moves available.

I just bought 10 gold to finish level 928 and got a game error/glitch & it said to try back later. When I refreshed the game, my 10 gold bars were gone and the level was not complete. I don't spend a lot of money playing, but want to complete the level when I do. I play on a desktop PC through Facebook.
