Why does mtf not give you the boosters when I finished a row, no square package for an hour or free lives

I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving the Booster rewards after finishing a row/column from Mr.Toffee's fair!!  

When you said the "Square Package" -- if it means, the Wrapped Candy, I have not yet seen it as unlimited but I have received only 1 booster to add up to my saved boosters!!
