Level lost

Hello, I've just replaced my iPhone and had to restorer all my apps and my level has gone back to the start - how do I restore my level?

Looks like you have not read that whole thing.... there is still hope  

They have only said that they CANNOT give you the TOP scores, but you will be back on your level where you were before.... see below 

In the last paragraph, they wrote "What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Gameplay/Progress" and then "I have lost my progress"

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress after changing your phone!!  But, no need to worry at all...

Thank you, sadly, I didn't know I had to save any progress before updating phones :-(

"If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you."
