Sorry for the delay in our response. We just looked at your account and the 9 gold bars you are claiming disappearing were used to get extra moves for level 1513 on the 24th of June.
Please be mindful when using your gold bars. This happens to all of us bu sometimes we use them and are not aware, which can lead to thinking they disappear, when in reality it was just an unfortunate misclick.
