Missing bars.

I had 9 bars. Won the race and earned 5. Now the 9 are missing.

You were right and I was wrong! Apologies on my side, it's usually that way but after what you mentioned we looked back into it and identified that there is a potential and strange glitch that happened during that time.

I've gone ahead and compensated you, with some extra gold bars as well because of the delay and the issue.

Sorry for the delay in our response. We just looked at your account and the 9 gold bars you are claiming disappearing were used to get extra moves for level 1513 on the 24th of June.

Please be mindful when using your gold bars. This happens to all of us bu sometimes we use them and are not aware, which can lead to thinking they disappear, when in reality it was just an unfortunate misclick.

I'm afraid we can't be of any more help here.

That did not happen. As you may have seen II only had 9 bars. 10 bars are needed for extra moves on my game. How would I use extra moves?
