Lost money and game

Every time I spend money to continue on with a game they notice comes on technicol difficulties.  I lose my money and can't contiue with the game, so, I lose my position.  Why does this continually happen?

    Hi @lorash, welcome to our community.  Exactly what is the error message saying?  Maybe you can do a print screen and here are some steps if you need help doing a print screen:  https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

    Is it happening when you try to purchase something?  Please give me more details so that I can offer fruther assistance.

    I have lost 9 "added moves" at $1.99 a pop. I buy and then I get an orange screen that says technical difficulties, and it's basically on your end. This is the 2nd time I've written about it, and it only happens on my desk top computer, not phone.
