Cannot Advance from Level 577 on Candy Crush Soda Saga

I have completed level 577 on Candy Crush Soda Saga several times now and using different web browsers, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. Each time I complete the level I get a screen reading that there are technical issues. From there I reload the game on Facebook and it shows I have not completed level 577 and I have lost a life. How can I fix this issue or when will it be fixed so I can continue and not keep losing lives?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  I will need few more details to escalate this to the Community In-charge...

1) will it be possible for you to post a screenshot of that error message?  
2) Did you try to play on a Mobile device too?  If so, did you have the same issue?

Have you tired any trouble shooting steps?  They varies depending on the device you are using.  But, basic step would be to close all the windows--->  Turn off the Internet connection ---> Clear the Cookies / Cache ---> Shut down the device for 5 to 10 minutes and restart again then open your game App window after connecting to the Internet.
