I didn't get my reward after completing Mr. Toffee's Fair

Hi, I just finished (all by myself again) and completed four squares at Mr. Toffee's Fair, the reward was shown to me but I got a connection error and didn't fot the prizes... What can I do?

Oh that's great, @AnaaM94!

If you can just attach it on a comment then it would be fantastic.

Here is how:

 You click on the image icon on your text window.


(The one on the right)

Then you select the image and voilà, once you add some text to your comment I'll be able to check it (and no need to worry about any data, as a screenshot doesn't have any of your data that might be shown to the public).

Hi @AnaaM94 - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue.  Did you perhaps take a screen shot of the winning rewards?
I’m going to tag our wonderful CM @Xarly to see how we should best go about reporting this issue.

In order to look at the case, I would need you to at least inform us of what the prizes were so that we can look and see whether or not that's the case, identify the issue and also compensate if needed .
