Why are my boosters all locked ?

a few days ago my boosters were working fine now they are all locked when I get a booster  it shows the time left but still has it locked

    Hi @courtney126, welcome to our community.  Sorry for the delay in responding.  Please check today if you are still having this issue and if you are then please tell me where you are playing the game - browser?  mobile device?  Facebook?  king.com?  Once I get more details I can offer you further direction.

    I’m playing on the app I have a iPhone 8plus it was working and then all the sudden all my bonuses are locked really frustrating fix please
