Restore levels

I got a new phone and my progress did not save when I transferred everything over. I did not have an account set up before so reached out to support and received an email saying to create an account, go back and play one level, and then respond to the original email with my level and they would restore it. I followed all of those steps and have yet to receive anything back and my progress has not been restored. Any suggestions?

I reached out last week. I do not have access to my old device so don't think that article is going to help me.

@erogers Ok, then the only way is to look for solution via the support team. That's why I asked when did you reach them. If it was recently, please note that they have a lot of work to do and will reach you as soon as they can. You may send one more message just to remind them, although I am sure they don't forget about players' issues. Some of them just need time to be solved.

Please make sure that you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill in the form you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to and explain your issue. If you don't reply to this message, they will never write you back.
