Gold bars disappeared and pink dumdums won but not awarded

hi! I won several tournaments over the previous two weekends and on several occasions noticed that my collection of pink things was not growing in size. I thought at first my toddler found an open game on my phone (which is the only device I play on) until this last weekend as I was paying much closer attention and realized that I actually wasn’t getting them! Not every win however, just 3 or 4. Then an hour ago, 52 gold bars disappeared and no one was near my phone! It was charging up high where they can’t reach downstairs and I was putting my kids to bed upstairs. There was no one else home! This has happened before, but an explanation wasn’t given as to why, nor were they replaced. It’s also happened in smaller (gold bar) quantities on more frequent occasions, but being returned to my account within a day or a several hours. I do buy gold bars, just not that often so I am always very aware of my cache as I’ve lost large quantities in the past with apps being rebooted. Please help?

Disappeared my goldbars. I had more than 80golds but now i hav 0. This is not first time T.T
