Disappearing lives

Just recently, I started experiencing an issue with purchased lives. I purchase lives, and it shows they are there. I click to use the lives, and it takes me to the continue screen like everything is ok, then when I click on the world I am working on, it says I have no lives. I have purchased 2 of the $8.99 packs, and received a total of 3 usable lives out of all of them (there should have been 100). I can't continue to dump money into a game that "steals" it, and I will make sure I let others in the groups I belong to know about this issue if it is not resolved. How/where can I address this issue so I can go back to enjoying the game?

Hi @sehrish, welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to enter them for a chance to win gold bars.

Where are you playing the game?  Computer or mobile device?  Facebook or king.com?  I know that there are a few glitches if you are playing on king.com and the studio is trying to resolve this but it's taking a bit of time because the games on king.com are with Adobe Flash and they are closing that down next year so it's harder to fix those.  Can you play elsewhere?
