I bought a golden ticket pkg that includes 2 hours of free play. I only got about 15-20 minutes. Then it said I was out of lives!!!

While filling out the form, make sure to select the game correctly you had purchased the bundle in.  Then at the Topic, select "Problems with Purchase" and Sub Topic with "Purchase Items not Received".  Then fill out the comment box with more details.  

You will be receiving an automated email with a ticket response as an acknowledgement.  An actual person will be contacting you within 3 days from your initial complaint.  If you have not heard by then, you can send a reply to that automated email itself to send a heads-up reminder to them
