I have lost all my levels in Candy Crush Soda. How do I get them back?

Two days ago my levels which were more than 1000 went back to 1.

I accidentally deleted my candy crush app and have lost levels. Was on level 3 hundred and thirty something but now im on 87 or 88. I have a king account so why was my progress not saved?

@SheenaRhea, this has been a problem that King has been working on for some time now. If I remember correctly, that problem was mainly on King.com, but it may have been on Facebook too. Do you use either of those?
