Where did my gold bars go, the ones I just purchased?

I purchased extra moves for level 1045, but did not receive them, even though you accepted payment. I did not get the gold bars, nor the extra moves, and now I can’t get back to my last move. I had one move left, I feel cheated.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the purchased items!!  Please contact the King Customer Support through this link  https://soporto.king.com/contact

You will have to fill out the given form.  Make sure you select the correct game you made the purchase.  Then enter the Topic with "Problems with Purchase", then Sub Topic with "Purchased items not received".  Then, explain a bit in the provided comment box!

You will be receiving an automated response with a ticket number as acknowledgement.  Please wait for 2-3 days to hear from a real person.  If nobody has contacted you by then, send a reply to that automated email you have received as a heads=up
