game froze,

Can you please replace any hammers striped hammers or switches used in this game so I can re complete it  4084546568 is my player id number I had 4 or 5 squares left to clear, I made a purchase to assist with clearing the level and poof it froze up, can't complete it this way.and I lost my progress in the chain with the little fairy thing when I had to restart so I lost all my perks so to speak of the game.
