What is happening to my boosters?

When I use my boosters, they don't work properly and just disappear.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Just would like to make sure that you are seeing this behavior in your Candy Soda game but not other!!  

Can you please explain more about what is happening when you select the boosters?  Is it the "Pre-Game" boosters like Color Bomb, Coloring Bomb, etc., OR "in-game" boosters like Free Switch or Lollipop Hammers? 

Also, please provide below details...
* which device are you using to play the game? 
* Will it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of the issue?
