I had to restart my game 3 days ago due to being locked.
My gold bars were replenished but not my boosters.

Hi, @WWII! Your boosters are saved on your device's memory, but gold bars are saved on King's servers. Things that are saved to King's servers should still be there if you reinstall the game. Unfortunately, things saved on your device's memory are lost if you reinstall the game. Boosters are saved on your device so that you can use them if you are playing the game and don't have Internet. If you purchased any of these boosters, reply on this thread and let me know. King will replace any purchased boosters. Welcome to the community and have a great day!

Yes Crimson they were purchased. In a package and still left over from the restart.
Some were used. I just went to total zero upon reinstall

If it was an issue with boosters connected to a purchase then it's better if you get in touch with our Player Support team. Go here, select Soda as a game and "Purchase Issues" as the topic and someone from the team will be able to help you and assist you accordingly.

Sorry we can't be of more help here in the Community. Purchase issues are a sensitive topic and need to be handled privately.
