missing gold bars

I recently had around 7 gold bars that seemed  magically disappear like my socks after the dryer monster ate them! Can someone please help me out! Thank you

Hi @VashDaRippa and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. Sometimes it happens that a player purchased something accidentally and didn't even realize it. It also may happen that the server is slower and you need to check your connection. However, I will need your ID so our CM can look into your account and tell you what is happening.
