Still unable to locate the levels I've lost was at level 1726 back to zero now please help

Welcome to our Community @Elizabeth_Anita_ and sorry to hear you've lost your game progress 😩

I'm sure your progress has been backed up so first off, is the game app up to date and have you made sure it is connected to either Facebook or your King account?

If yes, we might have to reinstall the game app as there might be a connection issues which is not letting your progress sync.

Note that you will lose your boosters and save messages but you should at least get your game progress back 😃
