    I am sorry to hear about the issue!!  Can you tell me when are you seeing above picture in the game?  

    1) Are you seeing it while opening the game or opening a level or trying to buy some boosters?  

    2) Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device?

    Is this the error message that you are seeing?  The studio is aware of this but it's a Facebook glitch and we have to wait for them to resolve this.
